Selecteren in de tabbladen van de ‘Surveillance Atlas of Infectious Diseases’: 'Antimicrobial resistance'/'Streptococcus pneumoniae'/'Penicillins'/'Non-susceptible (I and R) isolates proportion'/'meest recente jaar'.

Als een patiënt één of meer van de volgende risicofactoren heeft moet er < 24 uur een Legionella-urineantigeentest verricht worden:

  1. Recent bezoek aan het buitenland
  2. Tijdens een Legionella epidemie
  3. Onvoldoende verbetering na ≥ 48 uur behandeling met een beta-lactam antibioticum: behandel als ernstige CAP
