General comments
Indien er sprake is van een temperatuur >38.0 graden celcius voor meer dan 4 uur bij een neutropene patiënt (<500 granulocyten/mm3) en zonder klinische aanwijzingen voor een focus en zonder positieve kweken worden, na afname kweken, met deze antibiotica gestart.
