General comments

Stabiele patiënten mogen na minimaal 5 dagen caspofungine worden overgezet op fluconazol mits controle bloedkweken negatief zijn, de patient klinisch verbetert, het isolaat fluconazol gevoelig is en er geen sprake is van Candida endocarditis, intravasculaire candidiasis of prothese geassocieerde candidiasis.
