General comments
Ongecompliceerde urineweginfectie: cystitis bij een verder gezonde, niet-zwangere, volwassen vrouw.
De behandeling van mannen en vrouwen maakt verschil. Bij mannen kan er tevens een prostatitis bestaan.
Bij resistentie tegen genoemde middelen behandelen op geleide van resistentiepatroon.
Fosfomycine: 2 uur na de maaltijd, bij voorkeur voor de nacht.
