Primair drainage indien mogelijk.
Zo mogelijk na 2 weken switch naar orale therapie, mede afhankelijk van de kweek; bijv. clindamycine po 600 mg 3 dd + ciprofloxacine po 500 mg 2 dd; totale behandelduur 6 wk, evt korter iom MMB.
